Annual Checkup for Young Children
Review of obstetrical and perinatal history
Assessment of child development
Complete physical examination at each visit including growth charts
Update of vaccination according to the recommendations of the Quebec Immunization Program
Newborn care and vaccines (annual checkup for infants 0 to 24 months)
Early childhood and youth medicine
